The short version
Tavlo is a clock and focus timer app for iPhone and iPad. The app works without an account. It does not contain advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies, and it does not send your timer activity to a server operated by us.
What stays on your device
Tavlo saves your timer settings, selected designs, favorites, current session, and a completed-session count locally so the app can remember your preferences and restore your timer. We do not receive this information.
Your device may include app data in backups, depending on your Apple settings. Those backups are managed by Apple and your device, not by Tavlo.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Tavlo uses Apple’s StoreKit service to read verified transaction information, including the purchased product and whether access is active, expired, or revoked. This lets the app unlock designs and restore purchases on your devices. We do not receive your payment card details or send these transactions to a server operated by us.
Apple processes payment, account, and transaction information under its Privacy Policy. Purchase records and subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account. Deleting Tavlo does not cancel a subscription or remove Apple’s transaction records.
Notifications and permissions
If you enable notifications, Tavlo asks iOS for permission to show local alerts when a session or break ends. These alerts are scheduled on your device. They do not require a Tavlo account or a remote notification server.
You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Notifications → Tavlo. “Keep screen awake” controls whether the display stays on while the app is in use; it does not collect personal information.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to you and investigate your request. Our email provider processes that correspondence to deliver and store it.
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary support records, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
When you visit this website
This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, and access logs, to deliver and secure the website. This website does not add analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies.
Hosting services are subject to their own policies: OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Apple separately handles App Store distribution and any device diagnostics you choose to share under its privacy policy.
Your choices
You can change your preferences in Tavlo, disable notifications in iOS Settings, and delete the app to remove its locally stored data from that device. Removing an icon from the Home Screen or offloading the app is different from deleting the app and its data. Backups may retain a separate copy until you remove them through your device or iCloud settings.
